Management

 

Isaac and Rami collaborate together on each individual property\’s value-enhancement strategy with a detailed budget and timeline for execution. In their experiences, they have collectively been involved in over $1billion in acquisitions and management, $100million in renovations and $150million in ground-up construction in the multi-family, commercial and hospitality asset classes in New York City alone.

Isaac Abraham

 

Mr. Abraham has been actively investing in real estate since 2011 and managing residential real estate since 2008. As co-founder of Witnick Real Estate Partners, Mr. Abraham focuses on sourcing, underwriting, acquiring and deal-structuring.

 

Prior to Witnick, Mr. Abraham was Associate of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Fortuna Realty Group. His responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting and structuring commercial and hospitality transactions. Additionally, he was responsible for the asset management of newly acquired assets and assisting with bank and equity relationship management.

 

Mr. Abraham holds an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance and Corporate Accounting from the University of Rochester.

Rami Ben-Yehuda

 

Mr. Ben-Yehuda has been actively involved in real estate since 2008. As co-founder of Witnick Real Estate Partners, Mr. Ben-Yehuda is responsible for business strategy execution including project and asset management and investor relations.

 

Prior to Witnick, Mr. Ben-Yehuda was Associate of Investment Management at Stonehenge Partners, a private equity real estate firm that owns and manages a $2+ billion portfolio consisting of 2,500+ prime New York City residential apartments. At Stonehenge, Mr. Ben-Yehuda was the point person for private and institutional investors. He was responsible for preparing property annual budgets, assisting in underwriting prospective acquisitions and preparing monthly/quarterly operating reports for individual properties and funds.

 

Mr. Ben-Yehuda holds a BA in Economics from Boston University with a Minor in Business Administration and Management.

Our acquisition criteria includes assets from $1 – 10 million. We are well-capitalized and internally funded to transact quickly and welcome all acquisition opportunities. We focus on sub-markets in close proximity to public transportation and changing communities.

 

Brooklyn: All neighborhoods directly abutting Prospect Park, North Brooklyn (Williamsburg, Bushwick, Greenpoint) and all surrounding areas.

Manhattan: All neighborhoods including Morningside Heights and Harlem.

Queens: Astoria, Sunnyside, Woodside, Jackson Heights.
